Given a business name is so important, we tend to put a lot of importance on it. How did you arrive at a name, and how do you feel about it now that you’ve been in business a while?
RepuNEXT means taking your reputation to the next level. I came up with this name because the services we provide help small businesses to grow rapidly.
What’s your physical location?
We are currently in Chennai and now we have extended our business to U.S. also.
With some businesses, location is a key component. Is there anything about the place you live and work that’s shaped your business?
As we are into digital marketing, we have boosted our own online marketing strategies. From that, we are getting many leads from local people and also from abroad.
How would you describe your professional experience and background?
I have almost 15 years of experience in online marketing. Starting from small businesses to bigger ones, I have experience in almost all the fields.
Could you describe the scope of your operation?
Last year, when pandemic came, a lot of people were in financial crisis and hence we came up with an affordable package which would be more useful to the business owners. They are affordable and worthy at the same time.
What inspired you to shape your idea into a business? What was that moment when you realized your journey as an entrepreneur needs to start now?
When I was working in my last company, I had faced many financial crises and I had an idea, which I wanted to implement. I was sure about the satisfaction of both the clients and my own employees.
What kind of projects do you prefer to work on?
We do website designing, graphic designing, branding, content writing, 2D animation, video editing, and both SEO on page and off page.
Could you describe your typical client (if you have a typical client)?
We have clients from small businesses to high-level business.
Sometimes we’re in a position where it’s necessary to turn down projects. What do those situations look like for you, and how do you manage them?
In those tough times, we focus on our retainers and we make sure to keep them by providing them the best.
Performance is always important, but sometimes we have to pay close attention to value as well. How do you position GoDaddy products and services for your clients?
We always adore the performance of the websites.
Could you describe a project that you feel exemplifies you at your best?
We provide many services and branding is our prime service.
An obvious metric for measuring our own success is how much you got paid versus how much time it took. In your experience, what are the advantages and drawbacks here?
It depends on the work we’ve been asked to do; some clients ask for more service than they pay for. We offer service in a fast manner that we deliver within seven working days.

I would advise myself to be as strong and confident as I am now.
What’s your advice for people who want to be like you when they grow up?
I would surely encourage them to be positive and work hard — even after achieving their goal. I am a great believer and follower of Jack Ma. He is my greatest inspiration. I am following a phase journey he describes, where he quoted each phase of our life with the things we need to pursue. And I am on the right track now!
