Cannot complete any purchases through web browsers

For several weeks, the GoDaddy account management website, which allows renewals of existing products, or new purchases, has not worked correctly. I cannot complete a purchase or renewal of anything in my cart. I'm already logged in, and the account logo in the upper right menu indicates my customer number, but when I try to proceed to purchase/renew, it constantly asks me to login and will not recognize that I am already logged in. I have tried this in Chrome, IE, Edge, and Firefox. I get the same results in each. Could you please repair the page, or tell me what I'm doing wrong, so I can manage my products most efficiently without calling the support line?

Hi @Vikings1965, thanks for posting.

I'm not aware of any issues with renewals or the account management pages.

It sounds like cookies aren't being saved on your computer. If you don't want to contact Support, I can only suggest that you try other browsers, try private/incognito modes, or try another computer/device.
