Didn't receive free domain with basic annual package

Hi. I recently bought annual subscription for basic wordpress hosting package where they offered me one free domain and selected the domain of my choice and they provided me option to select and continue. I clicked on that but after payment now when i click on manage domain option i don't see any domain there... I have also attached screenshot..
