Difficulty changing the region for godaddy.com

Our account thinks we are in the Philippines for some reason. I cannot do the live chat support - it is always offline and the phone numbers listed are for the Philippines. Any time we try to access our account, it is redirected to ph.godaddy.com and we can't figure out why?

The account settings and country are showing the US so we are stumped.

Re: Difficulty changing the region for godaddy.com

Hi @XriteWebmaster. Thanks for being part of GoDaddy Community! Most likely, this issue is due to your browser caching information. You would need to be on the US - English version of the site to use support chat. To change your region, please click on the globe icon next to the GoDaddy logo at the top left section of our home page. From there, you should be able to choose United States - English and the page URL should change to www.godaddy.com.

If you continue having trouble after taking the steps above, I'd suggest first clearing your browser's cache and cookies. If that doesn't help, then try using a cacheless browsing window (FireFox private window, Chrome incognito, etc.), then an entirely different browser. If that also doesn't work, see if you can duplicate the issue on a different computer, such as a mobile device. Once you identify where the issue is, you can then look for a resolution. Hope that helps.
