Hello, I bought a domain with GODADDY and 4 hours later I still can not access the domain.
I only see the loading icon when I try to access the domain manager.
I have seen similar cases in this forum and the administrators response is: "Sign in with another browser or contact our support"
- I have changed my browser (Google Chrome & Edge)
- I have entered from another device (my mobile).
- I called the support service. The answer has basically been: "This works for me, can I help you with something else?"
Hi @eldimarzioxp. Thanks for being part of GoDaddy Community! Often issues like this are caused either by browser caching or a conflict with a browser plugin/extension. It sounds like you've done some work to eliminate this though. I will pass this information on to our developers for review. In the meantime, you may want to try additional browsers or try using private/incognito windows.
