I have been trying to cancel all of my subscriptions for...

I have been trying to cancel all of my subscriptions for the better part of a year now but I keep getting an error saying that the account is not set up yet.
I have written Godaddy a few times asking for help but never hear back.
Please cancel all domains, auto renewals and anything else I have with Godaddy effective immediately.
Because no one at godaddy will return my messages I am keeping a copy of this email and will be submitting it along with my complaint for credit card fraud against Godaday.
Please contact me upon receipt of this email. Just so you know, godaddy just charged my credit again despite my previous messages withdrawing your ability to charge my credit card.

For product cancellations and refunds, most requests are going to be account specific so you need to contact our customer support team. We no longer offer service through email. You can check out our refund policy to review if your product/services may be eligible for a refund with cancellation: https://www.godaddy.com/agreements/showdoc.aspx?pageid=19963&prog_id=PROG_ID 

 

Our customer support teams are great at helping to review your account for cancellation and refund eligibility. By contacting our live support teams they can give you more details to help you with the specific accounts and charges in your account. You can find the best number in your local area by going to https://www.godaddy.com/contact-us.aspx 

 

Because this is a customer community, we’re not able to process cancellations and potential refunds on behalf of customers through Community.
