Re: Requesting a refund when there is no customer support

So let us get this right you wont address the problem the customer has or that your help is absent, instead you tell them to use a third party system to resolve the issue. That spells volumes of he poor customer service.   The issue is kinda clear no accountability, just redirect the customer elsewhere ?

Thats something one would expect form a corner business not a multi-million dollars company.
