Agreed. GoDaddy support went downhill after they stopped the email ticket system. Now, when you call up to get help, you are put on the phone with a front line rep who usually knows very little about how to solve the issues you are having. Then the GoDaddy reps will simply blame the issue on your website, anything but themselves so they can get you off the phone as quickly as possible and make their daily quota.
My last 3 support calls have all been unresolved and even resulted in arguing with the rep. Unacceptable.
It truly is sad. I've been a GoDaddy customer since 2009 and I will be looking at now moving all my domains and websites away to another host.
