Refund request

What is wrong with you people??? why would you charge my account after I removed my card. Must you force me to keep a card on your website? If I am no longer interested in your services I have every right to disconnect all forms of payments from your platform. why would you charge my account after I removed my card last year. So my card was readded by Godaddy?? what sort of theft plot was this??? Please give me my money back!!!! I am no longer interested in your services and I have every right to disconnect my card from your platform!!! Refund my money!!!

While I hear your frustration, we are end users like you, and you need to call / chat with GoDaddy. I can't say specifically what happened with your instance, but the only thing I think of is if the renewal was linked with PayPal perhaps and you had the same card in both places.

 

You will need to contact GoDaddy support directly for this matter.

Their Live support never loads, all I want is for them to process the money back or I asked my bank to carry out a chargeback immediately. I don't understand why such theft method is allowed in 2019.
