Requesting a refund through customer support - managed via Facebook.

A moderator answering my post 4 days later, when I had 5 days to file for refund? Not looking well for GoDaddy.

I finally managed via Facebook to get my refund and cancel the product, but imho, Facebook (Twitter even less) is not the way to handle customer support.


I have 3 domains expiring this year, and one more expiring next year, so unless GoDaddy implements some changes regarding customer support, I will be transfering them to another host for sure.
