Thanks for posting but please keep in mind that members of the Community do not have access to account or billing details. If you're still having issues with your hosting, then you will need to call Support to review this with you. Support can be reached through any of the numbers on this page:

How much longer does one have to wait for a reply?
I just purchased a started hosting plan, and can't make use of it now, until this is resolved.
