Hello. I canceled a domain transfer for a domain which I incorrectly set up a transfer for. How can I request a refund for the transfer fee or does that automatically happen within a set amount of time?

Right now, refunds need to be requested through our live support teams. If you've already canceled the transfer you can call in to one of our 24/7 support teams to assist with the request.
But I dont see the button, because I'm from another country, I can't make a international call for only to cancel the tranfer domain.
There is another way?
