Reset Transfer-In Process

Six days ago I attempted to transfer a domain from Network Solutions and move it to GoDaddy. After paying GoDaddy for the transfer, I received an email saying "The current registrar has denied your transfer." After checking with Network Solutions, they claimed that they couldn't find a reason the transfer couldn't be made and I reapplied for an Auth Code. I just received that code but my GoDaddy account still shows the transfer-in error with no way to reset the process. I've read all of the guide for transferring without a satisfactory resolution.

 

How can I rest the Transfer-In process so I can begin the transfer again?

Hi zhappo,

 

This is something you'll want to call our customer support for. One of our Guides can get the transfer restarted so you can enter the new auth code or cancelled so you can start a new one. They'll have to use internal tools to help you with that since there's an error.
