No Java application can be deployed.

This is akward,

I thought java application can be deploed on godaddy hosting plans , the same was confirmed by the support in one of the conversation. But when i trying to do now, There is no options for me. What to do now? My yearly paln is waste now.

Please let me know how can i deploy a J2ee application? If not how to claim back?
