Wrongly billed

I deleted the tiny cloud server which was once used by me. After about 3 months, I realized I am still being charged on monthly for it.

On going to the billing section I discovered that billing cycle is still active for God knows what. When I tried to delete the billing cycle, it poped up a message saying it can't be done and contact Customer support for more information.

Please help !!

Please keep in mind that members of the Community do not have access to your account or account details.

If you have billing questions specific to your account, you will need to call Support for assistance.
