That's a fair point, @pubcollab. Community is still a fairly new thing for us as far as communicating with our customers. We generally try to get the message out where we know the most people will see it. Also, since posting issues in the forum is a little more permanent, we tend to shy away from it as it can lead to confusion later on. We definitely appreciate the feedback though and are always looking for ways to improve.
