I signed up for 10 credit this morning for Premium support. I asked if they worked on Sunday because I really need to get back up and running, It has now been seven hours and I have seen no comments under premium support and I have received no emails, Is this normal?
I have not specifically used the Premier Support - I assume you followed the instructions here

Thank you for replying. The tickets were setup with general support this morning over the phone, I have been checking all day at My Products under Premium support tickets and also check if I received an email. I especially ask the support tech if they work Sundays and hen said 24/7. I just thought I ask on this forum to see if anyone else experience the same. Again thank you.
