I can't renew my domain, please help me, the error message is

"Some items could not be added to your cart
We were unable to process the following product renewals:
PRASANNASAFARI.COM

You can continue the checkout process with your other products, or call customer support. "

how to solve this problem?

I could give you the standard advice of checking your browser, refreshing your cache or even to try a different browser @LahiruD. It doesn't look like your domain expires until 2020? If you'd like to extend your term and continue to have issues I'd contact customer support. I hope that helps?

...turns out that my two cents is worth less or more depending on the current exchange rate.
