Domain Transfer Cannot Complete

Hello,

I'm in the process of trying to complete a domain transfer to another registrar. The first time it failed, GoDaddy said I needed to remove the domain's private registration — so I did that. However, the domain transfer continues to fail. The other registrar is telling me it's for an unknown reason and that I should contact GoDaddy. Unfortunately, I haven't had much luck with support. Any ideas?
