Yup… all I want to do is launch my new website. I wonder how. When I click the button after trying to load my new domain, it has a "log in to launch website" link.
But what to do once I'm logged in? There's no guidance. So I call tech support. And I get put on hold for 40 minutes.
It sure would be nice to have the website that I'm paying them for up.
