    Retrieve expired domain registered by somebody else

    Hey guys,

     

    Is it possible to retrieve an expired domain that was just recently registered by somebody else, who is now squatting and trying to resell it by issuing a trademark of some sort, or going through ICANN?

    I was recently really unwell and wasn't aware of the domain expiry.

    @brentiscooper 

    You may be able to do a domain dispute via ICANN, but I'm not sure what their criteria is for claiming the domain is your rights.
