Without publishing private details, I will refer to our domain as "mydomain.com".
We have successfully created a mail forward rule, so that all the emails that are sent to email@example.com will be forwarded to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We want to create a new rule so that all the emails that are sent to email@example.com will also be forwarded to firstname.lastname@example.org.
I noticed that we had 2 MX records, with name "@" and values: "mailstore1.europe.secureserver.net (Priority: 10)", "smtp.europe.secureserver.net (Priority: 0)", so I created 2 new MX reccords, with name "subdomain" and the same values.
Then I created the mail forwarding rule from "email@example.com" to "firstname.lastname@example.org" (which seems to have been created successfully) - but when I try sending mail to "email@example.com" I get an "Address not found" reply.
