Email Not Setting Up

I am trying to add my business email to my IPhone. When I try to do so, I am redirected to download Microsoft Intune, and enroll my device to access mail. When I try to access Intune, an error message reads: "Couldn't add your device. Contact your IT admin for assistance with this issue. AccountNotOnboarded." Can someone help with this?

Hi @Al_Parikh. Thanks for being part of GoDaddy Community! I'm not sure what this would be. I have not heard of this happening with our email services before. If you're still having this issue, perhaps you could provide more information on exactly what is happening. If you're able to get this resolved, please consider following up here with what you did to move forward. Others may be able to benefit from what you've experienced.
