Hi
I have a domain name which merely points to my shopify store, and hence is not hosted anywhere. I have set up hundreds of email addresses over the years, via the relevant host company. But I don't know how to set up email@domain.com to access in thunderbird.
Grateful for guidance in little tiny words I can understand 🙂
Cheers

You can have email separate from the "hosting" - this is done all the time. However you need to have your email hosted somewhere - either a cPanel server, Google Suite, Office 365 or some other email provider - then you would configure the MX record to point to that service and then configure thunderbird based on the provider you are using.
