I have been managing the Workspace emails for a customer for years under an account I use for my products. The customer has their own account that they want me to transfer existing email accounts with emails intact. What is the process to migrate them?
Hi @SteveJabber. Thanks for being part of GoDaddy Community! If you have a US or AP Workspace Email account, this is possible. What you'll want to do is contact support with the ability to provide validation for both accounts. If you can do that, then you can delete the address in one account and set it up again in the new account. This works because we keep a backup of each Workspace Email address for two weeks if it is deleted. However, we can not do this with EU accounts because we can not keep backups for those addresses.
