I created a new distribution list, and inserted 96 names by going to each person's email address and clicking the appropriate distribution list box. When I went back today to find some people on that list, their names were missing. When I went into Edit mode for each name, the desired box was unchecked, when I know I saved each one. Did the system automatically drop them from the list because there were too many?
Hello @Gambrelli1, we recommend a maximum of 90 addresses per distribution list when using a Workspace email account. If you need to create larger distribution lists, you may wish to look into upgrading your email to plan to Office 365 which would allow you to create much larger distribution lists. Thanks.
