Managing Emails with Control Panel

I setup an sinple email acount with control panel (horde as a client), I can send emails, however cannot receive emails on the control panel. I get a message from gemail when testing with my gmails account. This message come up even if I reply to the email.

 

Message not delivered

Your message couldn't be delivered to xxxx@xxx.com because the remote server is misconfigured. See technical details below for more information.

 

I need assistance with this.

Hey there @Fillemon 

 

I would suggest starting here and making sure the DNS configuration is correct. You'll also want to check to make sure the MX Entry is setup correctly in the cPanel itself.

 

If those things are fine, then there's a good chance Gmail may have flagged the IP address as a bad sender, which happens a lot to cPanel email on shared servers. You can try correcting this by whitelisting the domain in Gmail.
