my email is sending to gmail but not receiving from gmail? why ?
sometimes say is blocked sometimes say its not found 😞

If your email for Office 365 is with GoDaddy, you can easily check the default settings that need to be present in your DNS.
You can use this article to create or update any of the zone files you're missing.
I see you are using Google suite for phoenix-land.com or at least that is where the DNS records are pointed - did you recently update this??

Where are you hosting your email as I also saw office 365 in the DNS history. Your MX records need to point to where your email is hosted.

I think that your mx record should be phoenixland-com.mail.protection.outlook.com
You have 01i in there and I don't think it should be
