Sometimes Not receiving email

I am using Outlook 360 for the domain e-copon.com. Recently I have been receiving many complaints from many persons that they are not able to send email to me. Sometimes I am getting emails, but most of the times I am not getting emails which is causing a severe concern for our operations.
