Unable to receive some incoming emails

Hello all,

I've just purchased a Godaddy Linux VPS. We could not receive some incoming mails for some time. In WHM, I track email delivery and they are not there. There is no bounce back returning back to  sender . I don't know where those email go.

Please help advise. Many thanks.

Hi  @Retired,  as an example, today there is no incoming  mail from  this email  (logistic   at goodhill.com.kh )   while around 30 Jun we received just fine. The sender  tried re-sending multiple times but no bounce back and delivery report  in whm shows empty with that sender. Some emails are delayed 1 day or half a day until it arrives at the server and some others went missing.
