Is GO DADDY removing paid for email services in a ploy to get users to switch to a more expensive plan they say works better when they sell you an unlimited plan that is not unlimited and stops sending emails out every week.
This time all out outbound mail has stoped working and "TECH SUPPORT" has no reason, which we know is HS, since we have used this email for over 7 years and only in the past year have we had issues, and now it doesn't work at all, and they offer ZERO SOLUTIONS>......

IIRC, the older Workspace email is being retired. They maintain those servers but they're not actively developing them.
They've moved to a newer platform called Professional Email and O365 from Microsoft. The Professional Email prices are still comparable to the older Workspace email. It just doesn't have all the flashy bells and whistles like O365. Based on working with all three, I can tell you the newer services are much better and easier to maintain.
