Hi @alireza89ht,
Welcome to the Community!
The MX records (email records) on your domain are associated with an Office 365 plan, not a cPanel email. If you wish to use the domain for the email in your hosting plan, you'll need to update the DNS on the domain to the following required zone files.
A (host) @ (points to) Your account's IP address
A (host) mail (points to) Your account's IP address
CNAME (host) www (points to) @
MX (host) @ (points to) mail.marmarastar.com (priority) 0
Hello @alireza89ht and thank you for reaching out to the community.
Could you explain more in detail what issue you are having and what GoDaddy services/products you are using?
Thanks
I use Deluxe Linux Hosting with cPanel
Can't send any email from the panel
And I don't get any emails
I tried a few emails and get the error below :
Message blocked
Your message to support@marmarastar.com has been blocked. See technical details below for more information.
The response from the remote server was:
550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied [DB5EUR03FT013.eop-EUR03.prod.protection.outlook.com]
Then I should have received the email
And just had trouble sending email
@alireza89ht You might be having something else if you're using email for cPanel. Have you always been using cPanel for email hosting? If so, did you make any changes to your cPanel recently?

Hi @Madan2,
Welcome to the Community!
What type of email plan are you using?
And what is the email address that is not working for you?
Are you using webmail (browser access) to get your email, or a 3rd-party client (like Outlook)?
If you'll reply with these details, our Community members may be able to help you.
