Hi @larkwest. Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Even though it sounds like you've tried to troubleshoot your settings, issues like this usually come down to a misconfiguration of some kind. Either that or there is a problem with the email account itself. Since this is a community form, no one here would be able to troubleshoot the account. You'd need to connect with support for that. However, you could try posting screenshots of all of your email client settings. That may help others in the community offer suggestions on how you can get this resolved if it isn't a problem with the account. Hope that helps.
