While clicking on Web Hosting - Set up I'm getting this error.

 

We Can't Access Your Plesk Account.

Something went wrong.

 

Someone please help me. I'm new at GoDaddy.

Hi @Octabits. Welcome to GoDaddy Community! Based on what you've described, it sounds like the browser you're using is having a hard time displaying the page content. Often issues like this are caused either by browser caching or a conflict with a browser plugin/extension. I'd suggest first clearing your browser's cache and cookies. If that doesn't work, you'll want to connect with our customer care team so they can make sure there's nothing wrong with the account.
