Having Worst time with your hosting

Hello,

 

Wp-admin panel, It took 3 hours to upload 3 images. but after uploading 'select featured' is still processing now for one hour. This is ridiculous.  Please do not blame the internet speed as like in my previous thread. it has nothing to do with the internet connection. coz we are working on more wp sites in other hostings (non godaddy) simultaneously and no problem at all.

Your award-winning support team is not online either.


Please see our error log for 1000s of internal server errors and image upload http errors and have this problem investigated.

What size are the images you are uploading?  http errors on the upload indicate a resource issue due to unnecessarily large files.  Images really need not be larger than 1800 pixels max.   If you are uploading images from your digital camera they need to be resampled down to size.

 

WordPress only allows 50M. So check the file size of your media.


Check your wp-config.php file to see what your memory limit is set at and increase it.  If not noted add this line to your wp-config.php file:

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );

If it isn't memory it would help to know the exact error message you are receiving.  That will tell us what the issue may be.

The so called support team is so poor that someone can't even contact them, no any medium to send them email it's only call which is not even extended to someone countries. they said their call is free but if u are calling outside the country will be charged and there is no alternative to reach your award winning support team and you guys are boasting. I've been having issues since 4 days now no alternative to reach ur team.
