Images from demo not importing

My site is www.ripestaging.com

I have uploaded the Tractor theme from Themeforest however none of the images have imported. I emailed the support team who advised to get in touch with the hosting provider and ask them to increase my max execution time.

I already did this previously in order to (successfully) import the demo in the first place as follows;

max_input_vars = 1600;
max_execution_time = 300;
memory_limit = 64M;

However, even with these current settings, the images do not upload/import.

Please could someone shed any light on this? Do the settings need increasing, if so, to what value?
