Hi,
I was in the process of setting up my weekly blog topic Wordpress, and saw an alert to update my Google Analytics plug-in. In the process of doing this the WordPress app shut down. Now all I get is the message: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in /home/content/43/6250243/html/wp-content/plugins/googleanalytics/class/Ga_Admin.php on line 480
Can you assist?
I get the same message if I try to open my website - ceo2ceos.com - directly.
Go to your hosting file manager, select the gear/cog symbol, enable history view. Then check the wp-content/plugins/googleanalytics/ folder and restore it to a previous date, that should temporarily resolve it. I'm no expert, but i'm going through a similar issue and a lot of what i have read points to upgrading the PHP version.
