Need help with alignment of social icons in Nav

I somehow messed up the alignment of my social icons in the main Nav. I have the "Nav Social Icons" widget, and the icons were aligned horizontally. Now, they are aligned vertically, as you can see on my home page: https://www.thepolishedposy.com

Any ideas on how to fix it? I feel like I've tried everything! Here is the code as it appears in the widget:

<div class="nav-social-icons" align="center">

<a title="Bloglovin" href="https://www.bloglovin.com/blogs/polished-posy-14400337" target="_blank" rel="noopener">
<i class="icon-heart"></i></a>

<a title="Pinterest" href="http://www.pinterest.com/thepolishedposy" target="_blank" rel="noopener">
<i class="icon-pinterest"></i></a>

<a title="Facebook" href="http://www.facebook.com/thepolishedposy" target="_blank" rel="noopener">
<i class="icon-facebook"></i></a>

<a title="Twitter" href="http://www.twitter.com/thepolishedposy" target="_blank" rel="noopener">
<i class="icon-twitter"></i></a>

<a title="Instagram" href="http://www.instagram.com/thepolishedposy" target="_blank" rel="noopener">
<i class="icon-instagram"></i></a>

</div>

@tdennington

Did you get this resolved or just removed them?   Since I cannot view the code in action on your site, if you still have an issue with this, try removing any line breaks in the code between the social links.

It could be you have a hard break between links causing them to display on the next line.

Cute site, BTW!
