managed wordpress - mins theme/ninja forms conflict

Hi All,

Are you aware of a conflict between mins theme and ninja forms.  For example the following page http://pgrlawyers.com.au/en/contact-us/ contains a form (albeit in chinese) that fails to render the submit button.  When i switch to standard wp theme the button renders correctly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update.

The submit button was there, but in all white and thus not visible.  Have added some custom css to the button but still an issue with the theme and the plugin.
