Two weeks ago, I opened an incident with GoDaddy support for my VPS CentOS 6.8 server. My site runs Xenforo, and forum members can subscribe to updates. My server sends out only 50-150 emails per day. One day, the GoDaddy SMTP relay began blocking all outbound emails with this error message:
SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data: 552 5.2.0 vYW0bASrccHUG :DED: Access to this mail system has been blocked for n.n.n.n due to spam activity. Spam was seen coming from this IP
The ticket has been open for 2 weeks, and GoDaddy can't tell me when this will be resolved. They checked out my site and could find no evidence of any spam or malware. My site is not on any blacklist. GoDaddy just says their email team is still working in the ticket.
No one can register for my forum, as they never get the registration email. This is hurting my site. Is this typical of GoDaddy's "world-class" support? What can I do other then moving my site to another hosting company?

First let me say welcome to the community!
Sounds like something within the messages tripped an internal filter on our end, which is often the cause of a 552 error. I'm sure our server team did all they can, but they likely had to send this up for further review with our email admins to see if the server could be unlisted from blocking.
Have you received a response yet or noticed messages sending out from your server without any further 552 bounce today?
