Hello,
rDNS for VPS 4th GEN CentOS 7 (cPanel) is not set by Godaddy.
And it cannot be set by us - the customers.
I have contacted Godaddy support over phone calls, Chat and emails but no one could help.
IP address of the VPS is 148.66.142.216
The rDNS should read something like ->
ip-148-66-142-216.ip.secureserver.net
but for the VPS it says "Non-Existent Domain"
Please assist here.
Thanks.

We are end user so we cannot specifically set this for you. The rDNS is configured for my Gen 4 VPS servers and I didn't specifically request this - This is something that will more that likely require a support ticket to be opened

Thanks for the assistance.
I have been requesting Godaddy Support via Emails, Chat and Phone Calls for past many weeks.
Yesterday one support person asked me to post in the forum.
Is there any way to raise a ticket through ticketing system?
Thanks again.

Since the VPS is non authoritative I don't think we the customers of GoDaddy can set the rDNS.
For Dedicated Servers GoDaddy allows "a request" to be made through their portal for the rDNS custom setup, but for VPS they don't.
For VPS they set it up as ip-xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx.ip.secureserver.net
But for my case this setting is also missing.
Most of the GoDaddy support guys do not even have a clue what rDNS is.
Pathetic and sad.
I have been using GoDaddy services for 15years - for past 2-3 years observing that the Support quality has declined.
Anyways thanks for the assistance - I will keep on trying with the GoDaddy Support.

I have to laugh. Yesterday, a support guy was honest. He said "Command line? That's way beyond me. I have no idea."
