CPanel email gets delivered to wrong email

Lets start by saying that I have several domains hosted under my cPanel. Under each domain, I have setup different emails. I also have several global filters setup, in which if the email matches the rules, they are sent to my junk email folder.

 

For some reason, some emails that dont even match the global filters, and that belong to other domains that I have setup, are delivered to my junk folder.

 

Is there anyway that I can troubleshoot this, or is this something that I need to contact Support?

 

Any help is appreciated.
