Cannot create new database.

Whatever name i have tried all the names for new database and users , it says already exists. But there are no any database or users. This is still a fresh hosting.

Try adding a database for example like this:

Database Name: nursejamieapp_db

Database User: nursejamieapp_dbuser

It should work ?!

On shared hosting you have to use unique database name because someone is using that name but you can't see it . So you just have to come up with a unique name
