Email cannot send or receive to and from external email addresses

Recently transferred domain (with plans; cPanel and websites) from one GD account to another, but cPanel Hosting is not available in the new account and cannot send or receive to and from external email addresses such as Gmail. What might be the problem? Thanks

I'm a bit confused - when you transfer a domain between accounts, it only moves the domains, not the products linked with it. Unless you changed something with the DNS - or cancelled the old cPanel account, i'm not sure why you'd be having this issue.

 

Can you explain more about how / what you transferred?
