LetsEncrypt with GoDaddy (Linux Hosting with cPanel)

Hi,

I am making a website for a client of mine (using Pro) and she wants to have a secure connection to the site but does not want to pay the ridiculous prices for an SSL certificate from GoDaddy.

Is there any way to implement a LetsEncrypt certificate onto the hosting account or would she have to buy one?
I have seen tutorials on how to do it via SSH but none of them seem to work with the site.

Thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter.
