Nameserver updates can take up to 5 days to complete.
1 Renewal Restrictions
.ch domains will only renew via the auto renew feature. They cannot be manually renewed and will expire like normal if auto renew is turned off. There is no auto-renewal grace period. After the domain has fully expired, please contact our support team for assistance in restoring the domain.
Billing attempts for .ch renewals happen 12 days prior to expiration, 5 days prior, and the day before expiration. The domain will stay active after failed billings until the final day of expiration.
.ch transfers do not add a year to the registration.

To change the registrant information on your .ch domain name (first name, last name or organization/company name), please contact our support department.
