Accept a request to access your account

If you receive an email from GoDaddy that someone is requesting access to your GoDaddy account, it means that person is asking for delegate access.

Delegate access allows another person to see and manage your GoDaddy products without needing to know your account password. For more information, you can see What is Delegate Access?

  1. In the email request you received, click Log In & Grant Access.
  2. Log in to your GoDaddy account.
  3. Click Confirm Access.

The person is now a delegate and can access your GoDaddy account without the password.

If you ever need to, you can change the other users' access level.

Note: If you receive an email that someone has granted you access to their account, see Accept an invitation to access another person's GoDaddy account.
