Add my Office 365 email to Gmail on iPhone or iPad


Step 3 of the Set up my Office 365 account series.

Add your Office 365 email account to Gmail on your iPhone and iPad. Then you can send and receive business emails while on the go.

  1. Open Gmail.
    • New users: Select Office365.
    • Existing users: Open Profile, select Add another account and tap Office365.
      Select add another account
  2. Enter your Office 365 Email address and click Next

  3. Enter your Office 365 Password, review Outgoing server settings and click Next.

  4. Confirm your Outgoing server settings and click Next.

  5. Enter Your name and click Next. Your Office 365 email inbox begins loading in Gmail.
