Forward incoming email to another email address

Set up auto forward to send a copy of every email you receive to another email address. Sending all your incoming email to one account can save time and help you keep organized.

  1. Sign in to your Webmail. Use your Professional Email address and password (your GoDaddy username and password won't work here).
  2. In the upper-right corner, select Settings.

  3. In the left-side menu, select Mail.
  4. Select Auto forward.
  5. Select Autoforward
  6. Turn on the toggle to enable auto forwarding.
  7. Enter the email address you'd like to forward all incoming email to.
  8. select autoforward toggle

    Note: Enabling auto forward stores every incoming email in both email accounts, which counts toward your account's maximum storage capacity. To avoid storing email, leave the option unchecked or set up a forwarding address.

  9. Select Apply changes.
